At the Commission meeting on March 18, 2015 Commissioner Chrystal Cleaves presented PVWC’s General Supervisor, Andy Bisesi with a plaque honoring his heroic efforts. On January 21, 2015 Mr. Bisesi revived a customer who had collapsed in the lobby of our Clifton office by administering CPR and using a defibrillator.
