At Passaic Valley Water Commission, we understand that the global Covid-19 pandemic placed burdens on families mentally, physically, spiritually & financially. Since NJ’s Moratorium on utility shut offs ended on March 15, 2022, PVWC will begin adding late penalties, final notice fees and shutting off delinquent accounts.

PVWC will begin delinquency turn offs on August 22, 2022. If you are delinquent in your water bill please contact us to avoid late penalties, final notice fees or interruption of service for non-payment.

If you are experiencing a financial hardship, please contact our Customer Service Department at 973-340-4300.  You can sign up for a no-interest payment plan which will avoid interest charges and disconnection of service.
