Re: Notice of Addendum No. 1
Bidders are advised that the Contract Documents for the
referenced Contract have been amended by Addendum No. 1. A copy of the Addendum may be obtained by
contacting Ms. Lisa Bresemann at 973-340-4315 or via email at lbresemann@pvwc.com
with the Purchasing Department of the Commission between the hours of 8:30 a.m.
and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday (holidays excluded). The Bidders will be provided with a copy of
the Contract Documents via email.
Bidders who have already been issued the Contract Documents by the Owner
will also be forwarded a copy of the Addendum.
TIME EXTENSION FOR RECEIPT OF PROPOSALS
This
addendum changes the date for receipt of Bids to Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at 11:00
a.m.
Addendum No. 1 includes miscellaneous changes to the
Contract Documents, specifically page P-8 and Section 012050 of the Technical
Specifications.
