Passaic Valley Water Commission (PVWC) distributes an annual Water Quality Report (sometimes known as a Consumer Confidence Report) to each customer it serves, in compliance with the federal Safe Drinking Water Act. Copies of the report are mailed to customers by July 1 each year, and are also posted to the PVWC website (see links below). The reports generated each year provide water quality data from the calendar year prior; thus, the “2022 Consumer Confidence Report” provides water quality data from the calendar year 2021.
