(Clifton, N.J. – September 1, 2023) – Passaic Valley Water Commission (PVWC) is thrilled to announce two procurement opportunities, which are aimed at upgrading PVWC’s financial and remote payment systems:
- Request for Proposals (RFP): Project No. 23-PA-03 “CONSULTING AND ANALYTICAL SERVICES IN THE AREA OF FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE”
The Passaic Valley Water Commission is seeking proposals from vendors who can evaluate and analyze PVWC’s current financial management system and develop technical and cost specifications for PVWC to acquire a new financial management software system that meets the PVWC’s needs and preferences. All proposals shall cover all design and/or performance features that the new financial management system will need to satisfy PVWC’s needs.
- Request for Proposals (RFP): Project No. 23-PA-04 “CONSULTING AND ANALYTICAL SERVICES IN THE AREA OF REMOTE PAYMENT PROCESSING”
The Passaic Valley Water Commission is seeking proposals from vendors who can evaluate and analyze PVWC’s current remote payment processing system and develop technical and cost specifications for PVWC to acquire a new remote payment processing system that meets the PVWC’s needs and preferences. All proposals shall cover all design and/or performance features that the new remote payment processing system will need to satisfy PVWC’s needs.

To request a bid package, please submit request at bids@pvwc.com. The Proposal must be submitted by Thursday, September 21, 2023 at 2:00 PM and shall be delivered to: Purchasing Department, Passaic Valley Water Commission, 1525 Main Ave, Clifton, NJ 07011.
All Proposals shall be submitted in opaque sealed envelopes clearly marked on the outside to indicate the Project Number, Project Title, and the Proposal Due Date, and shall be to the attention of “Purchasing Department, PVWC”. Please provide one (1) original and three (3) hard copies of the Proposal, and one (1) digital copy of the Proposal in PDF format on a USB drive. If the original contains color, the digital copy must be in color as well.
