Cash, check, money order, American Express, Discover, Master Card or Visa payments are accepted, Monday to Friday 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. at our office located at 1525 Main Avenue, Clifton, NJ.
Garfield customers only can visit 111 Outwater Lane, Garfield Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. to pay with cash, check or money order.
North Arlington customers only can visit 214 Ridge Road, North Arlington Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. to pay with cash, check or money order.
24 hour Drop Box
Drop your check or money order off at our 24 hour Quick Pay Drop Box located at the entrance of our main office at 1525 Main Avenue, Clifton, NJ.
Payments deposited in this box will be processed at the end of the next business day. You may use this service as long as you are not scheduled for disconnection.

Meter Reading Information
If your account is not yet delinquent, but you are experiencing trouble making your payment, we can help. You can call our Customer Service Department at 973-340-4300 or you can visit our main office located at 1525 Main Avenue, Clifton and speak with a Customer Service Representative.
Delinquency Shut Offs
When the service has been discontinued, payment in full is required to restore the water service. Once payment has been made, a turn-on order will be generated and a reconnection fee will be charged to the account. Water service will be restored within 24 hours.
