ADDENDUM NO. 2

The Request for Proposals for the referenced Project is hereby amended by this addendum.  This addendum shall be attached to and become part of the Request for Proposals.  Acknowledge receipt of this Addendum No. 2 (and previously issued Addendum No. 1) in the appropriate spaces provided for same on the “Acknowledgement of Receipt of PVWC’s Changes to the Request for Responses for the Project” on Page 17 in the Request for Responses.

TIME EXTENSION FOR RECEIPT OF PROPOSALS

This addendum changes the date for receipt of Proposals to Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at the same time and place indicated in the Public Notice.

This addendum includes no other changes to the Request for Proposals.
