(Passaic County, N.J. – June 21, 2024) – Passaic Valley Water Commission (PVWC) has repaired the water main break that led to the boil water advisory in South Paterson and parts of Clifton. The advisory remains in effect – PVWC collected water samples after the repairs were made and the results will be processed and sent to the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) for approval to lift the advisory.
The advisory is a precautionary measure to ensure the health and safety of our community. These are the impacted areas:
- Clifton/Paterson: Lakeview Ave from Maryland Ave to W 3rd St
- Clifton/Paterson: Marshall Street / Kuller Road
- Clifton: Route 46 (Piaget Ave)
- Paterson: 21st Ave going east to E 26th St
