NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, of a Special Public Meeting being held pursuant to the Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A 10-4-1 et seq; by Passaic Valley Water Commission on Wednesday August 21, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as a quorum is present. The purpose of this special meeting will be to discuss and possibly act on the following matter(s) including.

- Award of Project No.: 24-PE-04
“Professional Engineering Services for Development of a
Facility Plan and Basis of Design for PFAS Treatment at the
Little Falls Water Treatment Plant”
The Preliminary Agenda, to the extent known, is normally available at the office of the Administrative Secretary during regular business hours. The Commission may or may not take formal action on items listed on the Preliminary Agenda or as added by majority vote at the meeting, in accordance with the Open Public meetings Act.
