NOTICE OF CONTRACT AMENDMENT
Passaic Valley Water Commission, a Municipal Corporation of the State of New Jersey, located at 1525 Main Av., Clifton, N.J., has authorized the following existing contract modification under N.J.A.C. 5:30-11:9.
The resolution and certification authorizing a change order on the recommendation of the Buyer, Director of Engineering and advisement of Counsel, are recorded in the Minutes and are avail-able for public inspection in the office of the Administrative Secretary, Passaic Valley Water Commission, 1525 Main Ave., Clifton, N.J.
Amendment of Contract: 20-B-37 “Emergency Water Main Repairs”
Change Order # 1
To: Montana Construction Corp.
Lodi, N.J. 07644
Total Amount of Original Contract: $3,669,434.00 increased to $4,599,565.27
For a net increase of $930,131.27
Reason: Change Order covers the high quantity of water main breaks which occurred during the winter months into spring including a couple of complex repairs made to large diameter transmission mains.
