Addendum #1

Bidders are advised that the Request for Proposals (RFP) for the referenced Project have been amended by Addendum No. 1.  A copy of the Addendum may be obtained by contacting Lisa Bresemann via email at lbresemann@pvwc.com with the Purchasing Department of the Commission between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday (holidays excluded).  A copy of the Addendum will be forwarded to all bidders who have already been issued the RFP by the Owner.

This Addendum shall become part of the RFP and is to be attached thereto.  Bidders shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum on Page 15 of the RFP.

Public Notice – Time Extension:

Delete the first paragraph on Page 1 in its entirety and in its place insert the following:

“NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed submissions will be received by Passaic Valley Water Commission, up to 11:00 a.m. prevailing time on Tuesday, January 10, 2023 at the Commission’s office located at 1525 Main Avenue, Clifton, New Jersey, 07011 for the following project:
