Did you know this past week was Customer Service Appreciation Week? 14 people make up PVWC’s Customer Service Department. From receiving and documenting public complaints and issues; to collaboratively troubleshooting problems with operators, engineers and customers; to coordinating billing issues and resolving delinquent accounts; our customer service staff is critical to ensuring the water keeps flowing!
