NOTICE OF ADDENDUM NO. 1

Re:      Notice of Addendum No. 1

Bidders are advised that the Contract Documents for the referenced Contract have been amended by Addendum No. 1.  A copy of the Addendum may be obtained by contacting Lisa Bresemann at 973-340-4315 or via email at lbresemann@pvwc.com with the Purchasing Department of the Commission between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday (holidays excluded).  The Bidders will be provided with a copy of the Contract Documents via email.  Bidders who have already been issued the Contract Documents by the Owner will also be forwarded a copy of the Addendum.

Addendum No. 1 includes a change in the time of completion of the Contract.

The specifications for the referenced contract are hereby amended by the Addendum.  The Addendum shall be attached to and become part of the Contract Documents.

This addendum does not change the date or time of receipt of bids.  The date on the front cover of the Bid Documents is in error.  The date in the Invitation to Bidders governs.
