Re:      Notice of Addendum No. 2

Bidders are advised that the Contract Documents for the referenced Contract have been amended by Addendum No. 2.  A copy of the Addendum may be obtained by contacting Mr. Gregg Lucianin at 973-340-4316 or via email at glucianin@pvwc.com with the Purchasing Department of the Commission between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday (holidays excluded).  The Addendum will be provided with a copy of the Contract Documents via email.  Bidders who have already been issued the Contract Documents by the Owner will also be forwarded a copy of the Addendum.

TIME EXTENSION FOR RECEIPT OF PROPOSALS

This addendum changes the date for receipt of Bids to Tuesday, May 12, 2020 at the same time and place indicated in the Public Notice.

Addendum No. 2 includes miscellaneous changes to the Contract Documents.

The specifications for the referenced contract are hereby amended by the Addendum.  The Addendum shall be attached to and become part of the Contract Documents.
