ADDENDUM NO. 1

The specifications for the referenced contract are hereby amended by this addendum. This addendum shall be attached to and become part of the Contract Documents. Acknowledge receipt of this addendum in the space provided on Page P-14 in the Contract Documents.

Note that any and all verbal statements made at the pre-bid conference, or at any other times, if any, are of no force or effect. Bidders shall base their Bids on the Contract Documents as issued by PVWC, including this Addendum No. 1, and any and all other addenda, if any, that may be issued by PVWC.

Project Manual – Cover Sheet

On the cover sheet, after “BIDS TO BE RECEIVED BY”, delete “May 24, 2016” and substitute “May 25, 2016”.

Throughout the document, all footers, delete “May 24, 2016” and substitute “May 25, 2016”.
