Welcome to Passaic Valley Water Commission’s Purchasing Department. Our goal is to ethically procure all goods and services for each of the Commission’s departments. We aim to act transparent and professional manner, that promotes a fair and competitive procurement process, in compliance with NJ State’s local government purchasing laws and guidelines. The Purchasing Department also handles PVWC’s accounts payable.
