Bid Information
PVWC encourages participation in its contracting by all members of the community including Minority Business Enterprises (MBE), Women Business Enterprises (WBE), Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE), Disabled Veterans Business Enterprises (DVBE), and Small Business Enterprises (SBE). Although such participation is encouraged, award of a contract is not based on race, gender, disabled, disadvantaged, or small business status.
Information and Instructions for Bidders, Specifications and other Contract Documents are on file and available in person at the office of the Commission's Purchasing Agent at 1525 Main Avenue, Clifton, New Jersey 07011 during regular business hours, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Some files, if small enough, may be available in electronic form by forwarding an e-mail request to [email protected]. You may also request to have documents mailed to you through poster service at your own expense. Each submission shall be provided on the standardized forms as supplied in the submission package and the said standardized forms shall not be modified or altered in any way.
Bidders shall comply with the requirements of the Local Public Contracts Law N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et. seq. as supplemented and amended, in particular, but without implied limitation, the competitive contracting provisions under N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4.1; Disclosure Notice (P.L. 1977, c 33) N.J.S.A. 52:24.2 and Affirmative Action Requirements. (P.L. 1975 c 127) N.J.S.A. 10:5-31, N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq., in addition to other applicable State Laws.
