PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Passaic Valley Water Commission, that resolution No. 16-144 entitled “Second Amendment to Series 2014 Supplemental Resolution No. 2 of the Passaic Valley Water Commission, Adopted December 17, 2014 and Amended May 18, 2016” (the “Supplemental Resolution”) was adopted on December 21, 2016, and that a copy of such resolution is available for public inspection in the offices of the Administrative Secretary of the Passaic Valley Water Commission, 1525 Main Ave., Clifton, NJ 07015, and in the offices of the City Clerks of the Cities of Paterson, Passaic and Clifton; and that any action or proceeding of any kind or nature and any court questioning the validity or proper authorization of the obligations authorized by the Supplemental Resolution, or the validity of any covenants, agreements or contracts provided by the Supplemental Resolution must be commenced within twenty (20) days after the first publication of this notice.
