Levine Reservoir – Ongoing Efforts for the Replacement of Reservoir with Water Storage Tanks

PVWC is having a video done of the Levine Reservoir as part of the ongoing efforts for the replacement of the reservoir with water storage tanks.  On July 21st, PVWC will be meeting our consultant who will be arranging two 8-foot diameter orange weather balloons at the reservoir.  The top of the weather balloons will be 28 feet in the air to simulate the water tanks.  Then on July 22nd and 23rd, PVWC and a representative from the Paterson Police Department will be escorting the camera crew to specific locations.  A drone outfitted with a camera will take images at 10 locations about a half mile around the perimeter of the project site.  The Paterson Police as well as the Passaic County Sheriff’s Department have also been notified.
