Delinquency Shut-Off's
All bills are
due and payable upon receipt. Failure to receive a bill does not
relieve a
customer of liability for payment.
When your current
bill
is not paid within 30 days from the billing date printed on your bill,
your account is subject to a 1% late charge.
If your bill is not paid within 60 days, services will be processed
for disconnection
and within 7 days the service will be terminated.
When the service
has been
discontinued, payment in full is required to restore the water
service.
Once payment has been made, a turn-on order will be generated and a
reconnection fee will be charged to the account. Water service
will be restored within 24 hours.
