Delinquency Shut-Off's
All bills are due and payable upon receipt. Failure to receive a bill does not relieve a customer of liability    for payment.

When your current bill is not paid within 30 days from the billing date printed on your bill, your account is subject to a 1% late charge. If your bill is not paid within 60 days, services will be processed for disconnection and within 7 days the service will be terminated.

When the service has been discontinued, payment in full is required to restore the water service. Once payment has been made, a turn-on order will be generated and a $55.00 reconnection fee will be charged to the account. Water service will be restored within 24 hours.

If your account is not yet delinquent, but you are experiencing trouble making your payment, we can help. You can call our Customer Service Department at 973-340-4300 or you can visit our main office located at 1525 Main Avenue, Clifton and speak with a Customer Service Representative.
